We teach an orthodox view of the Scriptures, and that this mandates an orthodox teaching about the family, God, men and women, the way we see the world, and the way we live our lives. Where relationships come before programs
The current trend for church has been a corporate model that emphasizes systems. While there are good aspects of this business-oriented approach (some of them even necessary) an over-emphasis on them have left many people feeling like they are in a business rather than a family. While we do have some good systems in place, our emphasis is on people, and relational discipleship, rather than a corporate atmosphere. In other words, the system should always serve the people, and not the other way around. And, that should be felt. Church is a family, not a business, and should be felt as such.
